Kirribilli, Milsons Point & North Sydney boot camp outdoor group fitness training classes’ style is a unique holistic approach to fitness training, combining only the best parts of all cardio and resistance techniques focus on functional training.

Kirribilli classes are instructed at beautiful outdoors locations viewing either our astonishing Sydney harbour, framed by the iconic Harbour Bridge. It is a short walk from Milsons Point station,  there is plenty of parking on site and an undercover area when it’s raining.

 

Milsons Point / Kirribilli & North Sydney Outdoor Fitness Coaching is completely unique to any bootcamp program you have seen or performed before. We measure all your results using state of the art heart rate technology, and the level of training equipment we use is unprecedented in outdoor fitness programs.

We also provide Sydney's biggest boot-camp / outdoor-fitness-group timetable, offering you 23 classes weekly.

We meet at a  short walk from Milsons Point station in the Bowling Green. 

(As sometimes we need to change meeting / training location due to weather, space availability or training modality, please have your mobile handy should you need to contact the trainer)
