Tomás Würst
Founder, Director & Head Trainer
Tomas' determination to help, his passion in sports and coaching and an entrepreneurial mindset have driven him to establish Workout Australia in 2004 and more recently Wellness 2 Corporate.
Tomas has over 20 years of experience in corporate provision and coaching, including fitness coaching the A-league football team Club Atletico Boca Juniors (C.A.B.J. is the largest football (soccer) team in Argentina and one of the largest worldwide) and the later creation of postseason rehab workshops presented in different A-league clubs in Sudamerica and Europe.
He finds coaching his clients and leading the Workout Australia and Wellness 2 Corporate teams immensely rewarding as it enables him to enhance people's lives by improving their wellbeing.

Lucie Ratajova Würst
Fitness Instructor & Yoga Teacher
Lucie is a widely experienced PE teacher, Yoga teacher, fitness trainer and massage therapist with a broad sporting background including representative levels in volleyball and athletics in Europe. Now based in Australia, she brings to Workout Australia and her clients an extensive academic background and a unique holistic approach to her fitness training services, utilising many different training techniques to aproach her clients goals and needs in an integrated and efficient manner. Her commitment and determination to help the others to reach a better quality of life motivates her and her clients to reach their very best at every session.

    Sean Crossan
    Kirribilli Group Fitness Head Trainer and Fitness Instructor.

    With over 25 years industry experience, Sean has an extensive base of health and wellness knowledge which he applies through an holistic approach to overall wellbeing.
    In recent times, Sean graduated from the Functional Training Institute in Master Functional Trainer & Movement Restoration Coach. Sean’s passion for all things health and fitness has resulted in a diversified career that has literally helped 1000’s of people through PT, Coaching, Massage, Corporate Wellness, Natural Bodybuilding and Sports Supplementation, on not only an entrepreneurial level, but also managing large commercial gyms and sales teams. Sean has over 30 published articles in National fitness and bodybuilding magazines and has several natural bodybuilding Titles to his name including Mr. Sydney, along with coaching and training many Australian Bodybuilding Champions. He has also completed many 14km City2Surfs with a personal best time of 75:24 minutes and was an elite basketball player for 10 years reaching the 2nd highest league in Australia.
    Sean is excited to bring his personal motto - “to educate, motivate and empower people to live healthy and happy lives” to Workout Australia and continue to help others be the best they can be.​

    Dan Westwood
    Observatory Hill Group Fitness Manager and Fitness Instructor.

    Dan is a passionate trainer with over 15 years of experience in health and fitness. Dan achives amazing results with his clients in areas covering fat loss and lean muscle gain, injury rehab and recovery, endurance and more. Dan prides himself on building strong long lasting relationships, with some of his personal and corporate clients being with him for over 12 years.

        Katie Sparrow
        Fitness Instructor
        Katie is a Personal Trainer based in Manly, Sydney Australia.
        Originally from New Zealand, Katie has grown up surrounded by the outdoors and has developed a love for adventure, exercise and nature.
        Katie’s passion for exercise bought her to study personal training 7 years ago in Sydney and has been a personal trainer ever since.
        Katie loves the feeling you get from using your body physically and pushing it to its absolute limits and enjoys encouraging and being able to teach and give her clients this same feeling.
        Katie specialises in fat loss, fitness, strength, and creates most of her works outs around weight training, cardio, and boxing.
        She advocates a life of balance and believes that exercise is a tool to feel good internally, external results are a bonus.

          Saxon Cheng
          Fitness Instructor

          Saxon is a multi-skilled Personal Trainer who believes that exercise should be fun, addictive and results driven. Saxon has a representative rugby, tennis and kickboxing background and has competed in many natural bodybuilding competitions (INBA and ANB) in the fitness model category, with a personal best of 4thplace in NSW. Saxon also provides clients with Bioage assessments, weekly training diaries, dietary guidelines, regular exercise programs and stress assessments.
