Classes are instructed at the Observatory Hill of Sydney viewing our astonishing Sydney harbour, framed by the iconic Harbour Bridge, offering the much-needed outlet for stress, away from the city enclosed spaces. Workouts are planned to motivate and challenge, catering to all fitness levels and age groups. We keep our groups small to ensure you get a personalised service, giving you the attention and programing you need for best results.
