Classes are instructed at beautiful Belongil Beach, framed by the iconic Cape Byron's Lighthouse, Julian Rocks and Mt Warning (one the most energetically charged point in Earth). Workouts are planned to motivate and challenge, catering to all fitness levels and age groups. We keep our groups small to ensure you get a personalised service, giving you the attention and programing you need for best results.
