What is the 8-Week Challenge?

The Challenge caters for all ages from 16 to 60 years old and all fitness levels.  It doesn’t matter where you start – what matters is how you FINISH!
With our results orientated classes and support programs we are setting you up for SUCCESS – all you have to do is show up.
How do you know how much you have improved if you don’t know where you started from?

We will test your body composition, cardiovascular fitness, strength, muscular endurance and flexibility.  Results are confidential and you will receive a Personal Physical Assessment booklet with all your results and our recommendations.

So, what does the Challenge include?

  • Unlimited training at KGF (Kirribilli Group Fitness).
  • Training techniques & mechanics development. Learn how to exercise hard, yet safely and correctly.
  • Goal setting. Only taking into account your personal goals and individual needs.
  • 2 x fitness and body composition assessments. We will test your body composition, cardiovascular fitness, strength, muscular endurance and flexibility.
  • Weekly benchmark sessions. What you wish to improve must be measured. These sessions are for you to complete each week testing the 3 key components of fitness: Mobility, Strength & Conditioning.
  • Sustainable for life nutritional guidelines. No-supplements nutritional guidelines to detox your body, feel energetic, work towards your ideal body weight, improve your health and wellbeing and maintain these benefits for life.
  • Mindset support. To perform at a higher level we need to look beyond just training hard and eating healthy. Your mind also needs to bet set to believe; then you will achieve.

Pay in Full – only $350.00  (SAVE $42.00)

Yes that’s right! You get access to all 16 classes so there is NO EXCUSES! We have classes running from 6am right through to 6:45pm to choose from.
For maximum results we recommend 3-4 classes per week in the initial stages  building up to 5 during the last few weeks of the challenge.
