At Active Women Willoughby and Naremburn outdoor small group fitness training (bootcamp) we cover all the women's fitness needs. Mums and bubs / child welcome!  Our classe's style is a unique holistic approach to training, combining only the best parts of all cardio and resistance techniques focus on functional training. We use a very diverse range of exercise modalities and equipment such us H.I.I.T (High Intensity Interval training), Kickboxing, Tabata, cross training, bodyweight exercises, suspension training (TRX), medicine and slam balls, battle ropes, kettlebells, etc. as well as field runs and stairs. Workouts are planned to motivate and challenge, catering to all fitness levels and age groups. We keep our groups small to ensure you get a personalised service, giving you the attention and programing you need for best results.

Meeting Point

We meet at the picnic benches, meters between the gazebo, playground and toilets in Hallstrom Park, Willougby. 

Please note: While performing boxing workouts all participants must wear boxing quick wrist wraps or inner gloves to ensure hygiene and safety.
