Observatory Hill bootcamp outdoor small group fitness training express 40 minutes classes’ style is a unique holistic approach to fitness training, combining only the best parts of all cardio and resistance techniques focus on functional training, performed at high intensity intervals to maximise results during our express 40 minutes classes. We use a very diverse range of exercise modalities and equipment such us bodyweight exercises, suspension training (TRX), medicine & slam balls, battle ropes, olympic weights, kettlebells, etc. as well as the uphill runs and sprints. Classes are instructed at a beautiful outdoor location viewing our astonishing Sydney harbour, framed by the iconic Harbour Bridge, offering the much-needed outlet for stress, away from the city enclosed spaces. Workouts are planned to motivate and challenge, catering to all fitness levels and age groups. We keep our groups small to ensure you get a personalised service, giving you the attention and programing you need for best results. 

Workout Australia Fitness Camps offer undercover for the wet days giving us the possibility to provide you outdoors full training frequency with no cancelations. We also give you the largest training schedule in the lower north shore area.
