North Sydney bootcamp outdoor small group fitness training classes’ style is a unique holistic approach to fitness training, combining only the best parts of all cardio and resistance techniques focus on functional training. We use a very diverse range of exercise modalities and equipment such us H.I.I.T (High Intensity Interval training), Kickboxing,  Tabata, cross training, bodyweight exercises, suspension training (TRX), medicine & slam balls, battle ropes, kettlebells, etc. as well as the luxury harbour side runs and stairs. Classes are instructed at beautiful outdoors locations viewing our astonishing Sydney harbour, framed by the iconic Harbour Bridge and the Opera House. Workouts are planned to motivate and challenge, catering to all fitness levels and age groups. We keep our groups small to ensure you get a personalised service, giving you the attention and programing you need for best results. 

Workout Australia Fitness Camps offer undercover for the wet days giving us the possibility to provide you outdoors full training frequency. We also give you the largest training schedule in the lower north shore area.
