Workout Australia have teamed up with the most recognised and successful Mindfulness and Meditation Wellbeing Programs provider in Australia to help your corporation increase productivity, engage staff and reduce stress.

Why mindfulness and awareness?

Research shows that by cultivating mindfulness and awareness we can:

  • Dissolve stress and ease anxiety
  • Enhance attention and ability to focus
  • Develop social and emotional intelligence

The 4 week mindfulness course will provide the basic education and tools to develop the essentials in a mindfulness meditation practice.

Participating in an eight-week mindfulness meditation program will start make a change in brain regions associated with memory, sense of self, empathy, and stress. The course is more thorough and covers more topics.

Following on from our mindfulness programs we suggest a regular weekly guided meditation class.

What Is Roughly Covered in the Course?

  • Reflection upon our experience of stress, multitasking and ability to focus our attention How does this experience manifest in our life?
  • What is mindfulness?  What is meditation?
  • How does mindfulness transform your personal and professional life
  • What does science tell us about the benefits of mindfulness
  • Key is 'let's learn how to relax our minds and improve our focus!' And includes guided meditation practices from our highly experienced ex corporate facilitators
